Obituary of Constance Y. Rawdon

Constance Y. (Paul) Rawdon, in Kingston, MA, died on February 26, 2012, after a long illness. She was the devoted wife of Albert H. Rawdon (deceased); beloved mother of Sherrie (Rawdon) Ryan of Carver, MA and Dana P. Rawdon (deceased), formerly of Worcester, MA; dear sister of Elinor (Paul) Marston of Shrewsbury, MA; loving grandmother of Lily (Ryan) Bynarowicz, Justin Rawdon, Michael Ryan, Philip Ryan and Abigail Rawdon. Connie leaves eight much-loved nieces and nephews: Melissa Campbell, Thomas Marston, Wade Marston, Julie Lombardi, Jean LaPointe, Michael Rawdon, Gail Miller and Donna Rawdon. She also leaves devoted brothers-in-law, Edwin Marston and James Rawdon; sister-in-law, Irene Rawdon; and son-in-law, Paul Ryan. Connie was a native of Worcester, MA, graduated from Shrewsbury High School, and was active throughout her long life in social, community and religious groups, both in Shrewsbury while raising her family and in Florida during the retirement years she enjoyed there with her husband, Bert. She and Bert were avid travelers with friends in every corner of the world. Her bright spirit will be held dear in our hearts forever. Memorial services are private.
