My sincere condolences to the family. "Aunt Helen" was a wonderful woman. My mother would take us down to my Nana's summer place in Mashpee, which is where I met her. I always enjoyed our visits; she told me to call her Aunt Helen. I can remember walking up the hill and having the most fun wiht her. She was also very good friends with my Nana, Winnie Monahan, and they kept in touch for years. Godd Bless!

My earliest memories of Aunt Helen and Uncle Tim are full of laughter and joy. As a child I can remember how their visits always made my father (Joe/"Bud") happy.
She always had a good story to share and a smile that wouldn't quit. With the twinkle in her eye and constant smile Aunt Helen could disarm the devil himself. When we were kids I was so very jealous of Timmy, Denny, and Brian because I wanted Aunt Helen for my mother! Years later, after my father's death, she would keep his memory alive with every visit. What a kind, wonderful woman she was. Thank you for sharing her with me. I am grateful that Helen was my aunt - even if she could't be my mothet.

My condolences to the family. I remember your parents having grown up on Great Hill. Your parents were good friends of Bud and Ruth Spring. Their son Paul and I would go to your house on Fort Point, and play chinese checkers for hours as kids, and always felt welcome. It was a pleasure to have known them.

GOD LOVE HELEN MGILLICUDDY-SHE WAS A REALLY NICE NEIGHBOR AND A WONDERFUL LADY-MY WIFE PAULETTE AND I KIND OF LOOKED AFTER HER WHEN SHE NEEDED HELP WITH HER TRASH OR HER AUTOMOBILE, AND SHE WAS A JOY AND A PLEASURE TO KNOW AS A FRIEND. SHE WILL BE VERY MUCH MISSED BY US BOTH, AND BY ALL THE RESIDENTS OF THE WOODLANDS WHO KNEW HER. MAY SHE REST IN THE ARMS OF JESUS FOREVER.
