My thoughts & prayers are with all who knew her. Sondra was a ray of sunshine. I have her sign from the center proudly displayed in my sign shop. The painting of the sun coming up (which was actually a donut or a bagel) became her logo on the cups & boxes. She just became even more famous than she already is. I will continue to share stories of our friendship and hope others will find comfort in the memories we all share. See you in Heaven

Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of Sondra. She was a friend of mine many years ago in Saigon ('59-'60) and I will continue to cherish the memories I have of her kindness and laughter.
May our Loving Lord give Sondra's husband, children and grandchildren peace, comfort and strength in the days ahead.

I am so very sorry to hear about Sondra's passing. I am remembering all the wonderful times that Sondra, Vicki, and I had in Singapore, where we all attended high school. I was so happy to locate Sondra and Vicki again a few years ago and had hoped to visit them on the east coast soon.
Vicki, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Love, Kristin

To the Ewell family:
Growing up on Elliott Avenue in Pembroke Mrs. Sondra Ewell was the mom of all mom's. We all went to her when we needed another set of listening ears and a warm heart. She never said no to anyone and always made you feel special no matter what was going on in your life. You have had made a lot of friends in your life time and never had a bad bone in your body. May you rest in peace for all of the hard work you have done for us will always be remembered. Missing your smile and laugh, Joey
