Obituary of John F. Lemanski

John F. Lemanski, Sr, of Middleboro, formerly of Halifax, died unexpectedly on December 19, 2011. He was 58 years old. Mr. Lemanski was an employee of Boston Scientific in Quincy, and was self employed. He was born and raised in Pembroke, and is a graduate of Silver Lake High School where he was the class C state champion in the shot put. Loving father of Preston Lemanski and his wife Julie of Swampscott, Frank Lemanski and his wife Pia of Malden, and Brandon Lemanski of Rockland. Beloved son of Lillian Lemanski and the late Walter Lemanski. Brother of William Lemanski and his wife Cheri of Bridgewater, Deborah Trotta and David Hatch of Halifax, and David Lemanski and his wife Sandra of Hanson. Cherished grandfather of Madison Lemanski and Evangelina Lemanski. John is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, December 22nd from 4-8:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph the Worker, 1 Maquan St, Hanson, on Friday, December 23rd at 10:00AM. Internment will be at the Center cemetery in Pembroke.
