Kathleen Ann (Sweeney, Fiske) McCarthy of Kingston died Oct. 15, 2011.

Daughter of the late William and Alice (Roche) Sweeney, she was the loving sister of Patricia Guerra from Kingston and the late Marie Evans, Alice Elliott, William Sweeney, and Edward Sweeney.

She was the loving mother of the late Ann Fiske. She is survived by her daughter Karen Fiske and her husband Marc Beroz of Durham, CT and her daughter Lisha Fiske of No. Waterboro, ME. She is also survived by her son John Fiske and his wife Katie of Watertown, MA. She had six grandchildren: Samuel Beroz of Niskayuna, NY, Alexander Beroz of Philadelphia, PA, Kate Bennett of No. Waterboro, ME, Madeline Hamilton of Gorham, ME, Brian Hamilton of Brooklyn, NY and Asa Fiske of Watertown, MA. She also had two great-granddaughters Caroline and Anna Beroz of Niskayuna, NY.

Kathleen worked for the New England Telephone Company as a manager for over thirty-five years.

There will be a graveside service at Evergreen Cemetery, 21 Green Street, Kingston, on Saturday, October 22 at 11:00 am.
