Obituary of Dorothy A. Rafferty

Dorothy A. (Brennan) Rafferty, age 91, of Kingston, died on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Plymouth. She was a lifelong avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Celtics.
Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Rafferty; devoted mother of Kathleen Moore & her husband Thomas of Hanson, Brian Rafferty & his wife Debbie of Duxbury, Kevin Rafferty & his wife Jackie of Plympton, Maureen Bourgeois & her husband Larry of Hudson, Ann Ariagno & her husband Len of Somerset, Mark Rafferty & Sandra Black of Kingston and Patty Sherwood & her husband Richard of Carver; loving grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 11.
She was the adored daughter of the late Thomas & Mary (Donovan) Brennan and dear sister of the late Helen Kehoe, Thomas (Bud) Brennan and John Brennan.
There will be no calling hours.
Friends and family are welcome to the celebration of her Funeral Mass at Saint Joseph's Church, 272 Main Street (Route 106), Kingston, on Friday, October 7 at 10:00 AM.
Interment to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery, Kingston.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dorothy's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
