Judith L. Rockett Obituary

Judy Rockett, 84 of Carver, Passed away Monday November 3rd 2025. Judy was born on June 18,1941 in Needham MA


She had a great love for dogs. She had many through out her life.  She loved photography, Lighthouses and flowers. She loved to knit, and made many sweaters for her grandchildren. She loved to fish. She told us many stories about going out on her farther’s boat as a small child. She fished with her children through out their adult life. She loved birds and bird watching. She has had pet birds for many years. She would talk about taking trips into the woods and finding Great Blue Herons, and Rookeries. She loved to photograph them in their natural habitats. 


Judy leaves behind 4 children, Donald Shade Jr. of Attleboro , David Shade Sr. of Hudson, Pamela Martin of RI and Kimberly Donovan of Carver MA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. 

 


Visiting hours will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St, Carver on Monday, November 10th from 12:00 to 1:30pm. A brief service will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home at 1:30pm. Burial services will directly follow at the Central Cemetery in Carver.
