EUGENE C. HARRINGTON

May 31, 1937 - September 22, 2025

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Eugene C. ”Gene” Harrington, 88 years old, of Plymouth, MA on September 22, 2025.

He was born in Trenton, MI and eventually moved to Boston, MA where, for many years, he was a dedicated employee of Teradyne, Inc. as well as being avid pro sports fan.

Eugene was predeceased by his parents, Clyde E. and Gladys Harrington of Trenton, MI and his loving companion of many years, Mary R. Macdonald of Fall River, MA.

He is survived by his brother Jerry of Howell, MI and fondly remembered by Mary’s children, Harold F. “Buddy” Macdonald of Pembroke, MA, his wife Denise, and their children Jennifer, Kelly, Leanne, and Harold’s daughter, Dawn Marie Coe (deceased) formerly of Pennsylvania as well as Mary M. Macdonald of Manchester, NH and her children Kristi, Nicole, Danielle, Erica, Eric, Brianna, Brandi, Izaya, Xavier, and Jayda.

A private ceremony will be held in Eugene’s honor for close friends and family.
