Uncle Ray was always special to me and many others. He was a big part of my childhood. He was one of the most selfless people on the planet always ready to lend a hand or give words of encouragement.
He had a winning smile and a heart that never grew old. He kept current on the latest fads. He was especially kind to his sister, Esther, my mother. She loved him dearly. He could always make her laugh.
He was a mentor to many boys and young men. I will miss him until the day I die. Linda

There’s not just 1 memory of Ray there’s years of them. We have shared meals, campfires, serious and funny conversations, games and lots of laughter. Ray influenced my life immensely as a confused teenager. The family allowed me to live with them my senior year in HS. Who knows how my life would have turned out had Ray and Joann not taken me under their wing. Ray’s wisdom remains with me to this day… and I will never forget the kindness the entire Frizzell family showed me. Thank you. Always, Roger
