Jeffrey Howley passed away at his home in Marstons Mills on May 28, 2025.  Jeff was 58 years of age and was born to the late Anne M. (Doyle, Howley) Pelrine and James M. Howley on March 9, 1967.  He grew up in Westwood, MA and spent his summers in Rocky Nook MA.  He and his wife Bobbi raised their family in Kingston MA, close to his childhood memories of Rocky Nook.  Jeff was a graduate of Westwood High School and went on to attend Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology.  At the time of his death Jeff was working as the Maintenance Division Manager for his long time employer, Front End Construction and Holly Management. 

Jeff had the kindest of hearts and was much loved.  Best known for his sense of humor and compassion for others he knew the joy of simple things.  Jeff forgave easily, loved deeply and understood everyone.  He loved being on the water and had many years of enjoyment with his boat around Kingston and Plymouth bay.  A ride on his motorcycle with no destination in mind was a favorite form of relaxation.  And while living on the Cape he would often end the work day watching the sunset at Craigville Beach.

Jeff was always helping someone.  No request was too big or too much.  And we will all remember him for being there whenever or wherever we needed him.  But Jeff's greatest love was for his sons, Logan and Jared.  His boys were his world and being a father was the most important thing in his life.  He was their father and their friend.  Jeff was such a presence in life and loved to make others laugh.  We will hear his laughter and see his wonderful smile for all our days to come.  He will be missed, remembered and loved forever.

Jeff leaves behind his sons Logan and Jared and his former wife Bobbi Howley.  He leaves behind his four siblings and their spouses, June (Howley) and James P Kelly, Jim and Helen Howley, Jill (Howley) and Colin Cunningham and Jeanne (Howley) and Joaci Dutra.  He also leaves behind his neice Caroline Howley and nephews Liam Howley and Aidan Howley, Luke and Shane Cunningham, Kevin and Andrew Dutra.  He also leaves behind many cousins but especially Dick, Joe, Linda and Laura Fitzhenry.  And Stella, his beloved French Bulldog and faithful companion of one year. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on June 18, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Church, Main St Kingston, MA. 

His family wishes to thank everyone who has been a friend to Jeff and for all the words of comfort and many prayers that have been sent to the family.  May his memory be eternal.   Donations may be made in his memory to The American Heart Association.
