Obituary of Bruce B. Bishop

Bruce B. Bishop 58 years old of Kingston and formerly Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly August 21st at South Shore Hospital. Bruce was born December 10, 1959 to Nancy (Romine) Bishop and George Arthur Bishop. Bruce was co-owner & operator of Pilgrim Well and Pump Company in Plymouth for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. One of his many passions was riding his Harley Davidson.
He is survived by his devoted wife Lynette (Drew) Bishop, his three children, Ryan Bishop and his partner Regina Nelson, Chelsea Bishop, and Victoria Bishop. In addition, three step children, Kailey Drew and her partner T.J. Short, Glen Drew, Carly Scott, and one grandson Brantley W. Short. Bruce is also survived by his best friend, business partner, and older brother Mark Bishop and his wife Janine of Plymouth, his loving sister Julie (Bishop) Khouri of Weymouth ,and his best friend of many years Bradford Bishop. Additionally, he is survived by a sister-in-law Terry Ibbitson and her husband Jeff of Hanson, a brother-in-law Dale Drew and his wife Greta of Pembroke, and a sister-in-law Susan Smith and her husband Michael of Bourne.The hole left in all of our hearts due to this devastating loss can never be filled, he is loved greatly.
Services will be held at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main Street in Kingston on Thursday August 30th. Visiting hours will begin at 4:00PM with a memorial service at 6:30 PM.
