Bill was a gem as a man and a GIANT as a lawyer. It was truly a pleasure to have known him. Bill helped me out as a title expert and a title examiner on a few cases. His guidance was always more than a help. He always loved to be witty, especially in his column, which has always been treasured by me and thousands of others who couldn't wait to see what next real estate decision bedeviled his sense of the law.
