Barry Loring Wirt of Duxbury died after a long illness at the Boston Medical Center on December 26, 2007, after a long illness. He was 58 years old. Mr. Wirt was the former Chairman of the Marjory Parcher Fund 4th of July committee. Mr. Wirt loved spending time with his family, and loved to go camping. Mr. Wirt is survived by his children, Diana and her Husband Evan Parke of Kingston, John and his Wife Jennifer Wirt of Plymouth, and Matt Wirt and Paula Labbe of Kingston. Brother of Herbert and his wife Suzanne Wirt of Duxbury, Judy and her Husband Juan Torruella of Duxbury and the late William Wirt. Mr. Wirt was the cherished Grandfather of 9. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6th at the First Parrish Church in Duxbury at 1:00 PM. Donations may be made in Barry’s name to the Marjory Parcher Fund, PO Box 1743, Duxbury, MA 02331.
