Obituary of Barbara Chamberlin

Barbara L. Chamberlin of Carver, and formerly of Plymouth, and Randolph, died on December 9, 2007. She was 87 years old. Mrs. Chamberlin grew up in Randolph, and graduated from Randolph High School. She moved to Avon when she married her Husband, Roy W. Chamberlin. She later moved to Plymouth in the late 1960’s. During World War II she traveled around the country working for the government. She worked at Foster’s Doughnut shop in Brockton where she was very well known. She also held various factory jobs. She loved gardening, flowers, solving crossword puzzles, and bowling. She has lived with her Daughter for the last 20 years in Carver.
She is the wife of the late Roy W. Chamberlin. Loving Mother of Marsha Havey of Carver, and David Chamberlin of N. Easton. She is the sister of the late Paul Beadle. Cherished grandmother of 6, and great grandmother of 5.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 12th from 4 - 8:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on December 13th at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at the Central cemetery in Randolph.
