Charles H. Mackay, of Halifax, passed away on December 1, 2012. He was 58 years old. Loving husband of Lynne (Ricciardi) Mackay. Beloved father of Charles "Chip" Mackay and his wife Steph of Whitman, and Jeanne Shaughnessy and her husband Patrick of Plymouth. Son of Bobbie Mackay and the late James Mackay of Marshfield. Brother of James Mackay of Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Cassidy, P.J., Cameron, and Sandy. Charles is also survived by his extended family and friends. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 5th from 3-6:00 PM at the Shepherd Funeral home, 7 Mattakeesett St (Rt. 14) Pembroke. A reception will follow at Quan's Kitchen, 871 Washington St, Hanover. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Plymouth Food Pantry, 8 Carver St, Plymouth, MA 02360.
