Steven Paynter, of Carver, March 17, 2012. He was 20 years old. Beloved son of Mark and Michelle Paynter. Cherished father of Jocelyn Paynter. Love of his life, Kaitlyn Kingsley. Brother to Kathryn Paynter. Grandson of Dan and Diane Brassil, the late Roy Paynter, Janal Paynter, and Nancy Edmison. Nephew of Dana Brassil, Krista Mullen, Jamie and Dawn Robert, Jeff and Heather Darcy, Shane Brassil, Rebekka Paynter, and Dawn Marie Hanks. Cousin of Pat, Dean, Matt, Miranda, Cynthia, Cassie, Isabelle, Lexi, Chris, and Logan, as well as a large extended family, and many friends. Steven loved sports, especially football, baseball, and basketball, and played football from age 7 until he graduated from high school, and continued "balling" with his friends as often as possible. He was known to make people laugh, and was always seen smiling and being goofy. He loved his family, and his beautiful girls Kaitlyn and Jocelyn. He loved to spend time with his family, and especially loved the holidays, and the holiday meals. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, March 23rd, from 3-8:00PM at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 116 Main St (Rt. 58) Carver. A graveside service will be held at the Union cemetery in Carver, on Saturday March 24th at 11:00 AM.
