Q: What was one of your favorite qualities of Christina? A: Oh Christina! Well I met this wonderful woman in 7th grade at Silver Lake! Christina was always super enthusiastic, energetic, fun loving and one of the most easy going friends I had. No matter how serious a situation could be, or if I was sad about something. She would always try to make you laugh. She had a huge heart. Unfortunately through the years we have gone our separate ways, life has hit us both and we lost touch. She really had a soft spot for anyone struggling, whether it was mental health, or addiction. She always wanted to help her friends. It’s amazing to hear how far she got in her career. I hope you are dancing, and free my good friend. My deepest condolences to her loving family. I can hear her say Oh Mario, the way she would say her parents names. That girl was always joking. I wish I knew sooner, because I’m out of state. Love you Tina!

I am so sorry to hear of Christina's passing. Unfortunately, I had only gotten the opportunity to meet her in person once. She joined me to meet with a client and I had told her I was nervous because she was technically my supervisor, though she was new to IHR. She reassured me to not be nervous and that she was learning, too. I instantly felt comfortable with her and she put me at ease. She was eager to help and learn. I wish I had gotten the opportunity to know her better and to learn from her. Bill and I want to send our condolences to Christina’s family . We met Christina through our niece Catherine. We enjoyed several summer days with Christina in Mattapoisett and many fun dinners at Turk’s . She was lovely and always so kind and really fit in well with our family. Dear Conforto family, I am so saddened by the news of Christina's passing and I imagine how you all must be mourning her loss. I had only recently hired her to work with our team at IHR, but I could feel what a caring soul she was from the minute I first met her at the interviews. Her generous heart and caring was evident in the time we worked together. She was always ready with good advice, caring support, and did her best to contribute to the organization.
